JTM looks after all the insurances, people management & payroll of project teams. We can also advise you on various aspects of project resourcing, project delivery & capability uplift.
Permanent recruitment JTM is able to provide volume recruitment of project teams or headhunting of specialists to drive, support or lead transformations. Each assignment is bespoke dependent on client need. Our fees are 15% with 6 months replacement guarantee.
10% (for Non for Profit) with 3 months replacement guarantee (JTM recognizes the work NFP do in the Brisbane community).
